If you shop in this store, be prepared for a poor return policy/process, and you'll be lucky if the register doesn't freeze up on you when your original purchase is rung up. The products are great, but the "hassle free" return policy isn't worth the effort... It's completely full of hassle.

I purchased several items with a debit card, and when I brought back a few things that weren't quite right I wasn't prepared for the drama that unfolded: I had 2 items needed to be exchanged for something slightly different. My new stuff was more than what I was returning. I have 2 accounts, and only had one of my debit cards with me, which completely unraveled the store. couldn't do the refund without the card, so they had to do a store credit... which now appears like I didn't have a receipt, and holds all of my new purchases hostage to forever requiring store credit when I HAD ONE ALL ALONG. *After the drama of this first return/exchange experience, I was disappointed in yet another item and needed to return it. I explained to the manager what happened previously, showed her all of my receipts verifying my purchases, and her answer was still that I needed an ADDITIONAL store credit because it "was paid with store credit".

This policy is not helpful for customers, it's archaic, and NOT WORTH MY TIME.

So dropped by here with my spouse on a Friday evening..there was a mob of kids..screaming profanity...running around jumping on furniture..knocking stuff off shelves...when I asked them to stop because their behavior was frightning...the called me an old hag...I went up to an employee who was obviously on the phone with a manager apologized and promptly ran the kids out...later as I was checking out I asked the clerk if they were successful in getting all those kids out he said yes and that they have been coming in almost every night that week. Insaid that's awful and why wont the cops do anything. He tells me that hes not allowed to call the cops...I shockingly asked why not? He said its their policy...no wonder AT Home is going bankrupt...tie their employees hands while having having to take abuse like that..all cause they dont want the bad...

This store has a lot of great things, however is a complete mess. Their clearance sections have no sense of organization. They have their regular priced items mixed in with their clearance section. When we went to check out the items rang up full price. When we asked about it the cashier and manager said they don’t have room for regular priced items in the normal isles so they have to utilize that space for regular priced items as well. That was the most obsurd thing I’ve heard. There was more than enough space for regular priced items to be in other sections that weren’t clearly marked clearance. To us it is a complete cop out for the lack of organization and cleanliness of the store. In any other retail setting they would have honored the discount since it was in the ‘CLEARANCE’ section. Likely won’t be back to this specific location...
