My BF and I went to look at engagement rings and we had a fantastic time.

We had originally planned to go in to look at ring options, designs, metal options, and see what moissy's looked like in person, since we had been shopping around online. We had no intention of walking out with a ring since this was the first shop we visited and wanted to look at all our options.

I don't remember the name of the person who helped us, but she was so kind, patient, and funny! She was very knowledgeable about the rings, let us know they could customize. She helped me look at options that I was interested in and also recommended a few others, as well as wedding band combos. I had originally wanted a cushion cut and rose gold, but after seeing the round cut on the Dominica, I fell in love.

We ended up buying the ring right then and there. The ring is absolutely beautiful and picture do not do it justice. The Moisannite is so radiant and catches the light beautifully, both my partner and I cannot stop looking at it. The band is beautiful and delicate, and the diamond side pieces add so much flare.

The prices are super competitive and the quality is great. We will definitely be returning for the wedding...

I normally don’t write reviews unless I’m extremely impressed or just bothered. I went into the store this evening with my 4 year old daughter who loves jewelry also. She was standing on her stroller RIGHT by me so that she was tall enough to see over the counter. Who I guess is the manager/owner commented a couple times he “doesn’t want her to fall.” I politely said she’s fine thank you and even locked the stroller. I could feel him like eyeing her the whole time. Never once said hi how are you, nothing. He exited the store and proceeded to CALL the store mid conversation to talk to the employee I was speaking to and asked her to have my daughter not be standing on her stroller…. The employee was very sweet but that was just such an odd interaction from the person who is supposed to be the owner. I’m sorry but how are you by going to create an environment where people want to spend thousands of dollars, and be completely passive aggressive regarding a customer?
