Jamba — Restaurant in Gilbert

I visited today around 11:30am and cashier Colista rang me up and Austin made me a Large Lotta Horchata. I left, got in my car excited to take my 1st sip and the milk was rotten. I noticed lumps of milk and the color was dark brown. GROSS! I had to turn around on the 202. I came back and politely complained to Colista only to keep getting interrupted. She showed no remorse and didn't even validate my concern! I got my drink re-made and the color and taste was now normal after her telling me she didn't see anything wrong! OMG 😲  $7 I paid for this rotten milk to go along with a rotten  attitude. Check the expiration dates and clean out your blenders. Get cashiers who smile and show some empathy! I visit Jamba Juices all over and this is the 1st store with a horrible experience. Have your store manager call me. Walking in was a nice experience. Cashier greeted me kindly and waited patiently for me to decide what I wanted. My friend asked for suggestions and every drink she asked about the cashier told her they were terrible. We finally order and it gets busy. The girls making the drinks had no idea what they were doing, one girl blended the drink and then proceeded to add almost 8 Oz of pure syrup into it. We were first in and last out because only one girl had an idea on how to make drinks and she wasn't making ours. The cashier then told the poor girl who I could only assume was new off and made her go back to clean dishes. He blended our drinks without seeing what was put in them and handed them.to us. The drinks were terrible, and my friends didn't even taste like a smoothie more...

I came into this location for the first time and ordered five smoothies, that I obviously paid for. I receive the smoothies and one of the Cups is half full. I asked the young man if they could fill it up and he got an attitude and said “ I mean if you really want me to” .. I mean I paid for the smoothie so id like to get my moneys worth, didn’t even have him fill it up I just left since it obviously was to much work for them to give me what I paid for. Then I open my cheddar twist and it’s completely burned. Disappointed cause I waited so long. And I heard the young boy say “it’s just a little crispy” to the other worker and they laughed.
