When I arrive there's two people in front of me and a couple tables eating. the two people waiting both seemed really upset and were even a bit rude. After about 10 more minutes one of the employees asks one customer if he's there for a reason or if he's ordered yet and he was really upset and told him his name. Seemed odd, until after about 25 minutes, the other two were long gone and one employee asked me if I was there for a reason or I'd ordered yet and I had to remind him of my name and that I would still like the sandwich I paid for. 8 minutes later I was even more upset when I was asked by someone else again but I bit my lip. 32 minutes in total my sandwich and bowl of soup were ready, and I'm not even kidding, two people in front of me. Never again. You couldn't pay me to go back and spend top sandwich price for a bowl of chicken Broth like their "chicken and dumpling soup" and an average sandwich. Not worth it. Figure yourself out as a store. A lady asked for a bit of sandwich sauce and the guys head exploded. It took him like 5 min to remove gloves, go find a new bottle since his was empty, fill her one single container send her on her way and go back to work. So inefficient. How about prep 20 or 30 in the morning? I don't know. What a joke. 17 dollars and 32 min for a cold sandwich and a bowl of soup. Then he apologized for the wait, and I said no prob I got kids if you want to throw in a couple cookies. He said he couldn't but would give me two rice Krispy treats. I said whatever thanks man. Read moreI had ordered two sandwiches through the mobile app which took forever because it kept crashing. Finally paid and was told to pick it up at 6:15. My husband went in to pick it up. It took about 5 minutes for someone to get to the register to speak with him. He told them that we had a mobile order and they told him they were almost done with it. Ten minutes later they gave him the sandwiches. We get home to enjoy our sandwiches and I notice that one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. I had ordered a brisket sandwich on white bread and got an engineer on wheat. So I took it back with the receipt. I explained the situation to the young guy at the register. He just stood there with his mouth open staring at me. A girl ran up next to him and apologized and said she would make me the correct sandwich. She was very friendly and made the sandwich very fast.
