Gamestop has changed so much since I grew up. Nowadays they barely give you any money for trade ins, that is if they even take the game. I had 3 games where they said they don't take them to trade. Interesting, they don't mind selling them. The staff member Jaimee is rude, doesn't smile, ask about how your day is, or even look at you. Tatted up and full of piercings. Its very unprofessional. When asked to sign, the associate said "sign again I need a real signature". How dare you tell me my signature isn't my signature? She also told me I had $5 bucks to use towards renewing my expiered pro account. But she never asked if I wanted to use it or renew. Jaime was really rude and didn't even say have a good day. Yea. There are better gamestops. The girls that work here are consistently unpleasant. Went in to buy cards and could barely get a look from the cashier while Im asking questions about whats available since they like to hide things in the back (caught them in a lie recently where 1 cashier said they had packs of cards in the back and showed them to me, came back to purchase them and the other cashier said they were gone and wouldnt look). I asked for something on the counter behind her but she took her time continuing fiddling with something behind the counter. As im getting half answered questioned about the products that released today. I feel I was manipulated into spending more money to get the promo card while other stores and people were saying they got it for less. Will not be returning while these employees are here. So ill be honest. I was close to giving g this location 2 🌟 because my husband and I had gone maybe a week ago and the circumstance were that my husband's mom pre-ordered hogwarts legacy for the switch but we wanted to change it to the ps4 when we had gone in the kid who was there at the time said that unless my husband's mom goes and sends us the game from up north Wed have to go up north just to get the game. Sorry nothing else can be done. And nothing but disappointing news. Like he wasnt willing to help us.
