Red Lobster — Restaurant in Gilbert

My wifes favorite place to dine. However, The situation At the time that we decided to dine there, my wife knew that now they have a call ahead to get on the wait list which is not an actual reservation, but just a way to get on the list sooner. So we tried to do that period. We continued to try and call for a whole hour and each time the call wouldn't go through or we were put on hold forever. When we eventually drove up there my wife went in to make rain the minutes to be put on the wait list and she was told by the manager that due to the Valentine's Day celebration they discontinued that Option for the day. We accepted that and then went and were seated at the appropriate time period. However, It became obvious as we listen to other diners around us that were asked how they waited, the other diners responded that they didn't have to wait long because they just called in and used the wait list. It became obvious to us that either the manager blatantly flat out lied to us He didn't know what he was talking about. When we were eventually seated we ask for Caesar salads that came out in steaming bowls which made all of the salad on the bottom Wilt. After initial water refill we never had anyone even offer to refill our water or saw anyone that could. I know the special circumstances for our Beal might have been set up better had the manager known his duties more clearly and had been more better managed all the way round. My family and I witnessed a child with her single mother get hurt in front of the lobster tank. She had a bleeding cut and was crying for a band-aid for 30 minutes!!! I got up after the first couple of minutes and asked the staff if they could help her (Thinking they had it under control). I waited patiently, but after ten more minutes of crying, I got up and asked why she wasn’t being helped. Tammy (The Manager) tells me they don’t have bandaids. And proceeds to tell me that the mother should watch her kid. Most snotty voice and behavior I have ever seen in customer service!! So I asked her, what happens when staff gets cut, and she said they could wear gloves. She did not have any remedies for the situation except saying I was the only one with a problem with it and that the woman should have watched her kid. Meanwhile, the lobster tanks are a known attraction for kids! Where are your first aid kits Red Lobster? What happens if my kid or someone else is to get hurt in your establishment?? Where are the first aid kits?!! Why are people getting injured in your establishment and not helped?? As long as Tammy works there, my family will never step foot in that establishment again!!! (The mother and child were black) and the staff was all white, so I hope it wasn't a racial issue! But I wouldn't be surprised with Tammy as a manager!! ...

Our drink order took extra long because the bartender said she had to make the manager a drink. Service continued to be extra slow. The diet pepsi was flat and mixed wrong, bartender said it was broken, shouldn't have served it cause it looked wateredown. An hour later when the food came the brocoli was black arround the stem, they served me a replacement that was even more black. I ordered a bun with my chicken, I didn't get it, I asked for it and they said it would be right out, I waited for a while like 5 minutes later she comes back with the replacement brocoli and said the buns are all frozen, so no bun. By now my wife is mostly done eating cause she only got 8 coconut shrimp - an entry used to include 12, and for some reason they charge more for less now. I seasoned my own frys cause they wern't salted. The manager was going to give us a discount fir our trouble of $18 off but they tryed to charge us for soda on a kids meal so they had to correct that too, and the discount was reduced to $16 after the corretion. I have been to this location many times and all my prior visits had been way better.
