Today's Patio — Local services in Gilbert

For now they're getting 1 star. We decided to order the 2nd week of February after being told that the items that we were looking at were always in stock. When placing the order we were then told that one item was back ordered until 4/6/21 and the rest 4/30/21 and that we would have to wait for delivery until everything came in. We still decided to order. I called when 4/30 was approaching to see when the furniture would be delivered, "sorry but your order won't be here until June 8th". I'm not sure that they would have told us if I hadn't called. One item was available, so they agreed to deliver it. June 8th comes, "sorry but they delivered your furniture without the cushions". Finally July 23rd the cushions for the couch have arrived and they deliver the couch, but still no cushions for the glider so we still don't have the glider and no estimate on when it will be here. So here we are 6 1/2 months later and we still can't enjoy our furniture. We could have ordered from Costco and gotten everything with 2 weeks. The initial backorder was understandable, but everything after just reeks of incompetence. I definitely do not recommend and will not be ordering there ever again. I'm half tempted to return it all and just go with the initial plan of ordering from Costco, since it would likely still arrive before our...

Very pricy but top of the line. A year ago I saw some black iron maybe steel benches but because of covid not available for months. When I rechecked they had 2 which was what we needed and now they sit on either side of our front door. My black iron chairs have held up great and they were $500 each. Called to ask if they had two specific things in stock, they said yes. I said I'd be on my way .... only to find out that they didnt even have them available for sale and it'd have to be ordered. Driving 30 miles for nothing just gets under my skin. They could have easily just said "we have them available on our website that you can order or we can order them for you but none are available...
