Ann Taylor Factory Store — Local services in Gilroy

Saw some cute pieces online and it said this outlet had it available. I went in person to see if it would fit alright and get a feel for the material. The material was alright. Then I searched the fitting room...CLOSED! So there was no way of knowing how it fits on the body. I get it...pandemic. BUT this is when California is at its lowest infection rate in the US. And there are other clothing stores during the height of the pandemic where I tried clothes on in a fitting room. That’s fine that the fitting rooms are closed. I probably would’ve tried it on in the car and if it didn’t fit, I’d go back in and return. Then, I discovered the prices were more expensive in the store than online. Just had a worst ever shopping experience at Ann Taylor gilroy factory outlet. Went to return unused/unwashed pants that were too big. Within return window (only 2 days left ) and with receipt

The store manager Diane gave me so much non-sense about price tags on the pants should be attached to the cloth (using thread) for them to accept the return. It's not mentioned in the return policy or the receipt.
