The only thing that knocks one star off of this location is the lack of experience with the people on the floor. That isn't to say they aren't knowledgable or don't know what they are talking about; it's just that this store gets bombarded by tourists and the like all the time which means their minds are all over the place. Most of the people that work here are young, either still in high school or right out of high school. Store organization sometimes for key items is scattered with some types of clothing (think sweaters as an example) where merino wool is at one part of the store yet cotton is in another.

The youth today probably never heard the saying, " Don't judge a book by it's cover" I walked in after my family, wearing camouflage shorts, tank top, 9ers hat and flip flops.
