Manager Dini is insufferably rude and completely incapable of speaking proper English. Her attitude is beyond appalling. And don't even get me started on Johanna. She not only screams at customers but also rolls her eyes in the most disrespectful manner imaginable. She doesn't wash her hands, and that's just the beginning. I had the misfortune of seeing her yell so loudly about my ice cream order that she sprayed spit all over it, leaving a nauseating stench, possibly from a tonsil stone! But that's not even the worst part. I witnessed her scratching her greasy hair and picking out a front wedgie before attending to other customers right after me. To top it off, she handles money and uses toppings that have fallen on the side, completely disregarding basic hygiene. always such a pleasure coming in here. the staff are always friendly and give great customer service. I come in very often so they go out of their way to say hi to me and make me feel comfortable. I love coming in and chatting with them to see how their day is going and they all just radiate kindness. They always go out of their way to make sure I get the ice cream I want (oreo creme) even if that means I have to go out of their way to thaw more from the freezer. The manager is wonderful and it's always taking care of his employees and customers. The wonderful staff and great environment is what makes this Cold Stone stand out from the rest. The owner is very lucky to have found such a great group of staff.

I don't know what was going on but the employee did not want to take our order. The other employee was waiting on the person ahead of us but he wanted us to wait for her and serve the party behind us. We had been standing in line for 20 minutes at this point. My brother told him this was a very easy order. Don't know what the internal employee problem was but it did become an irritating situation as it went on for about 3 minutes...another minute and I would have walked out. The quality of the ice cream was not standard. None of us in our party of 4 ate more than 50% of our ice cream. Certainally my last...
