LOFT Outlet — Local services in Gilroy

First off, let me start by saying I love Loft and I have always had great experiences at their stores until I came here. If negative stars were a thing, that’s what I’d give them.

The day I went to this store there were signs up that said “5 for $20” for all socks (except clearance and mark down socks). So I picked out 5 pairs of socks and took them to the register. The girl at the register rings me up and tells me my total is some crazy amount and I pointed to the sign that said the socks were 5 for $20. After 5 mins or so of her trying to help me she calls over the manager who simply showed up to repeat the total to me but didn’t actually help. After going back and forth for another 5-10 mins she brought out a calculator to see how much to give me for each sock in order to honor the “5 for $20” deal and she still got the math wrong and was overcharging me and wouldn’t change it. At this point I just asked her to ring up my shirt and 1 pair of socks and left.

Bottom line: Worst customer service I...

I love going to this store and its always pleasant with good customer service. However, from last 2 visits I have got a really bad service from the same sales associate there. She always gives me an attitude. No greetings. Also, she never ask for my rewards number, I have to ask her to pull up my account so i can get points for my purchase. I would still go to this store because they have really good collection, but i ll see if she is there i would not go in. There was this girl before she was one of the best sales associate. I hope i always get her...

If I could give zero stars I would. So disappointed in The Loft Gilroy. I was not greeted. There were only two customers. Sales associates were in their phones instead of helping customers. The cashier was not helpful and the "manager" in duty was extremely rude. I will still shop there, because employees like that usually won't last long. Hopefully, they will be replaced by the time I decide to return. Also, the store and dressing rooms were a mess. When I asked who the Store Manger was the cashier...
