Target — Local services in Gilroy

I paid for items (2 seperate orders) for pick up at store. The first order had 1 item and the second item had 4 items. Targets website they would be ready in 2 hours. I went to target after about 1.5 hours. The 1st order was read and the other was not. When asked about the other was not. The lady at the pick up area seemed annoyed I was there. She said it takes a while for to go get the items off tge shelf. When I asked how long the order would be they said I should receive an email. I never received an email. After about 2 more hours or so I went to go see if my order was ready. It was but only 2 of the 4 items were there. A different person was there to help me. She was nice. I only really go here for little things that I don't want to buy in bulk at Costco. I've said "hi" to staff on the floor or smiled when passing them and rarely get a response. We went in once just to purchase some batteries that their website said was marked down...they were marked at regular price in the store. Took them to the service desk with the website pulled up on my phone to show I wasn't lying and the rep pulled out her phone to do the same then called another person over to pull it up on one of their portable store devices. I love the variety of products that Target has to offer, especially during the pandemic. The clerks are helpful and polite' Today, at the Gilroy Target several associates helped us quick[y and swiftly.. Someone scanned patio furniture to find the price for us. Joan at cashier register helped scan clumsy items, scanned my gift cards and called Sean to help us get a patio table into our car. Sean was so helpful when he figured out how to get the table into our hatchback KIa with the four chairs that we had bought elsewhere. A potentially stressful shopping trip during these difficult times turned into a happy excursion as we looked forward to our newly decorated...
