This was our first time eating at this new restaurant. We didn't go when they first opened as others said it was a bit chaotic. As expected. When a new restaurant opens, everything is new to the staff and having guests is their chance to implement their procedures I've never seen any place that didn't have their share of problems the first two weeks. Tonight the team operated like a cohesive team. The service was excellent, and it we didnt have to wait for anything ...the servers walked the dining room watching the tables. They did an excellent job of anticipating what was needed and they brought it to the table. They were never intrusive. You can dine a la carte or you can pay one price to have a variety of meats served to you at your table and eat as much as you like. It also includes an endless salad bar with an abundance of choices from soup to palm hearts. Make your own salad. Shrimp and salmon, were also available.
