Sherri's Mattresses — Local services in Gladstone

I bought a mattress and base from Sherri's almost a year ago. When we pulled up to Sherri's we had already been to 2 other mattress stores. We felt we already knew what mattress we were going to buy but we wanted to make sure we were covering all of our bases.

Sherri, straight up, stole us away from her competitors. Customer service still matters to me. The first mattress store (big box store) had zero customer service. They guy could not have cared less if we bought a mattress or not. The next store had really good customer service and also a lower price. What sets Sherri's a part from all others is that she really made me feel like she cared about the mattress I bought. She spent a lot of time and care with us to make sure we understood the differences between the mattress we were deciding on. She had no issue with us, no pun intended, sleeping on the decision. When we came back the next day to buy the mattress we received the same great customer service.

The mattress delivery was seamless and stress free. She forgot to include the mattress protector and delivered it herself. She came pretty close to meeting the price at the discount store, but the difference for me is that I know I can go back to Sherri's if I have any issues and I know I will be taken care of. We live in such a transactional society and it feels nice to shop local and with a member of the community.

I had a great experience with Sherri, I got to the store pretty late but she was more than happy to spend time with me and let me take my time to find the perfect bed. I couldn't decide between a couple beds, more because of comfort but also the amazing deal she had offered me on both beds, but I eventually made up my mind and I absolutely love my bed! Not to mention she gave me the deal of a lifetime,on a higher end mattress with an adjustable base I paid what the other stores wanted just for the mattress. It wasn't all about price this time, I had legitimate pain and needed a good bed, but the deal just made it that much better!! Sherri and George were so honest and straight forward with me, they asked me what my needs were and they met my needs. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed to the more expensive bed just for the sale, they let me do my thing and offered knowledge and support when I needed it. There's nothing worse than the typical " Vulture salesmen " I was so pleased with the whole experience of Sherri's mattresses, i came back the next day and bought 2 more beds! They were delivered fast and the delivery team was awesome! They totally went above and beyond for us, taking 2 bed sets and hauling them away. I will definitely be going to Sherri and George for my future purchases and I refer all my friends and family to...

Lots of stuff you won't see but online so you can actualy try the stuff you see online and can't find in big box chain stores. Looking just for adjustable base only. She didn't try to up sell us. Started with lowest price base with our requirements. Then told her we really wanted a wall hugger adjust base. She warrned us its expensive but she had one. Tried it and fell in love with the wall huger feature and lumbar adjustment. Quickly pulled up mfg. Website found it was $5000+. We are engineers, mechanical and electrical so after checking out motors and hardware seemed to be heaviest duty of all the ones we had looked at. We were expecting sticker shock when she said it was expensive and what we saw online. When she gave us the price we were in shock at how much cheaper it was that others we had looked at and this one online. This came with all the setting and includes massage which we thought was out of range for us. Looking for a mattress that is not in all the other big chain stores or even one that is she can sell you just about any mattress. Adjustable base no one comes close to her prices.
