I drove to this location because it was the closest which was still a 16 min drive placed my order at the drive thru, he repeated my order it was correct, I pulled to the next station she repeated my order is was correct I pulled to the window the young man handed my order to me in two separate bags I asked him is everything in the bags he stated yes and then proceeded to get my ice cream and handed this to me in which again I handed to my grandson and I asked one more time is everything in the bags including our requested dips and once again he stated yes . I usually check especially with an $82.00 order but my wife was in the back seat with our granddaughters. Once we made our way home and got settled my wife stated do you have the receipt and I stated it’s in the car and went out to the car to gather it will they did not fulfill our order missing two items which was approximately 11.00 dollars. So I called the store number and informed them of their mishap the young lady stated that she was sorry and stated that if I would come back she would give me my two items that I paid for. Well I’m not pleased with the result of this service I paid for those items drove 16 min there to get food and return only to be told that I needed to get into my car drive another 16 min which is 10 miles one way to pick up the two items that they forgot to give me on my original order🤔 does not seem like I’m getting the best of this deal so I complained and then she stated that she would give me two cookies for my troubles (really) Chick fil A your a billion dollar business this how you treat...
Read moreRead an article about how good the egg white delight breakfast sandwich was and decided to try it. I used the app to place a mobile order ahead. The sandwich was good. The coffee was expensive for what it was. They only have one size which is malybe the size a small coffee at Dunkin and I would easily drink two of those coffees (if it was actually good). I drink black coffee and this coffee tasted like the bottom of a pot that had been sitting on the warmer overnight, it had a bitter, acidic and burnt taste and was warm not hot. I wouldn't drink it again if it was free!
I definitely will not be back for breakfast for one major reason. The drive thru had 4 cars in it and from the time I got in line (before getting to speaker to order) until I actually got my food it nearly 12 minutes. When I got to the window they tried to have pull around front and wait. I was going to work and didn't have time for all of this. I thought I could grab breakfast quickly and that just is not the case. They service execution at breakfast is TERRIBLE very slow and understaffed. I normally go to Dunkin and they normally have a line triple the size of what was at Chick-fil-A and it moves triple the speed. You might as well go to a sit down breakfast if you have the time to wait in this...
Read moreEvery so often I get a craving for fast food, more specifically Chick-fil-a. The Glastonbury location is always packed with people, so be prepared to wait. After a rough 12 hour shift the other day I decided to drown my sorrows in a container of chick-fil-a sauce. I got the 3 piece tender meal. Even though the place was about to close in about a half hour of me getting there, I still waited in a line about 8 deep. It moved quickly though. Ok, so the chicken is definitely good, there's no denying that. My issue is that the tenders were literally no bigger than 3"x2". Like these things could barely feed a starving bird. I'd imagine a seagull could swallow one or two in one gulp. The waffle fries came in a cup that contained 5 fries. Yes, you read that correct, 5 individual waffle fries. The price for this "meal" was a whopping $8 and some change. To be honest, I left still feeling hungry. However, like I said, those tendies were def tasty af. Unfortunately, I don't think they could even feed a child. Was kind of bummed. I'll likely return again when I'm feeling some type of way and need to binge...
