CVS — Local services in Glastonbury

I have been coming to this CVS for over 10 years and lately I am not impressed with their service. The past 3 times I have come here to pick up a prescription they have not been ready (even though they were called in 24-48 hours or more ahead of time). The girl at the drive up window this afternoon gave me an attitude and was extremely rude to me. I have dealt with her before and had the same experience. One time she actually told me that if I stopped talking to her my meds would get done faster! Today she told me that they were “a thousand prescriptions behind and were just filling meds from 4 days ago”….my doctor sent my antibiotic RX over yesterday and it isn’t done yet….I hate this place, they don’t care about customer service and never seem to have their act together in the pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere…..I...

My second one-star review. When CVS deserves it, they should hear the truth. I have never been a fan of this pharmacy; I feel like you're more number than a patient or a name; as soon as you leave the pharmacy, they gotcha. You can no longer return or credit your prescription drugs that are inaccurate. When the woman behind the counter is grouchy, i.e., you're running a fever, you're trying to explain something, and she wants to go home.

Yes, I showed up a few minutes before closing. And you tell her you don't want the $44 prescription; you want only the two-dollar antibiotic. When she starts to get even more frustrated, she sells you both, then closes. You don't realize it to your home. Why should we be stuck with this?

I am sure I'm not the only one who feels this way....

One of the nastiest, rudest pharmacy locations I have ever witnessed and encountered. The pharmacy techs will place you on hold and not even acknowledge they are placing you on hold. When ask to speak to a supervisor they refuse to escalate the issue. I have been waiting 6 days for a problem that could of been resolved and they’re refusing to address the problem and fix it. They play the blame game and not accept their own responsibility. They’ll gladly bill your insurance for a prescription you can’t use and refuse to take it back and leave you stuck without options. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Especially if you have sensitivity and allergies to certain medications like I do. This location would put the customer...
