It’s always a nightmare ish experience. I hate the fact that they have the tablets to order but I understand as it is an incredibly busy location. They at least still have a cashier for those who don’t want to use the tablet which I appreciate. There is no drive so you have to go inside. Large parking. Every time I go it takes forever to get my meal. Even with ordering it in advance. They also got my order wrong last time which was frustrating. I’m sure the employees are working as hard and fast as they can to get out all of the orders. Maybe getting more staff to help out during peak times would be beneficial not only for everyone waiting but for those employees working hard. There are also employees who have a stinky attitude. I believe it comes from the “why don’t you use the tablet to order” mentality. Maybe few other things. It is a beautiful big location.

Was going to brides to be for a fitting and arrived early and saw there was Panera bread close by. Came in, like every other Paneras, They have a Kiosk to order yourself, yummy pastries to chose from, people hustling and bustling behind the counter with all the orders. Not as cleanly the tables but wasn't a bad location. Went to table, waited for my buzzer to go off, wiped off the dirty table, went up and got my food, ate my bagel, didnt have any issues. Bagel was toasted perfectly with butter packets. No complaints

It is good for the health freaks. I'm not sure I've gotten to that standard of healthy eating but it was good. Ps if you order the hot chocolate tell then not to put sugar. I've never had a cup with so much sugar in my entire life.

I would give negative stars if i could. Absolutely disgusted by the theft and the service we received at Panera Bread tonight! Employees at Glastonbury CT were not only rude but let us leave without a family size chilli we paid for and when we came back to tell them it is missing they said they are out of it!!! That is theft!!!! And they knew it and did not even remove it from our receipt and were unapologetic as was their manager!! And on top of that they kept us waiting and chips are STILL missong from our order! My husband did not have the energy to run back and tell me them AGAIN when they were so rude! The sandwiches we ordered were also missing customizations and condiments we paid for!!! THIS PLACE DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!! THIS IS STEALING! I am livid and will be calling corporate tomorrow! UNACCEPTABLE. Def typical of any Panera location. Behaving like boston market right before they went bankrupt. DO NOT GO HERE! This is not the first time I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BE GOING TO ANY PANERA EVER AGAIN AND WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND EVERYONE I KNOW! no one wants to go eat there so you would think their pick up service when they have no drive thru or any customers would be somewhat decent but everyone there was unprofessional and it is...

Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because I heard the manager talk down to the employee who helped we get out of there faster. I went In to get one bagel, nothing on it just a bagel in a bag and go. Normally they have one person on the bread side and everyone else on the other. I was waiting on the bread side no one came to help. There was this young man who works there showing people their new self service system. I asked I had to wait on the long lunch line on the other side to get a bagel, normally I wouldn't care but I had an appointment in 15 minutes in the building next door. He said if he could help me do it in the new system that he'll run around the counter and get it for me, GREAT!!! So that's what we did, as he went around the counter the manager asked what he was doing. He told her and her response was "you shouldn't do that" because then "people will get used to that and ask you to keep doing it" this wasn't word for word but the gist of it. Thank you to the young man who helped me, and shame on you Ms. Manager for talking down to an employee who went above and beyond to help a customer who was in a rush and only...
