Absolutely do not go here!!! I called in the morning and asked if they could accommodate 4 people at the same time, pedicures, manicures and 1 fill. She said yes at 4pm. Called me 2 times and texted me to confirm in the afternoon to which I responded yes but 1 person was sick so it would only be 3 of us. We get there and they only have 3 workers. They tell 2 of us to go to the back for pedicures. One lady did a pedicure while the rest of us waited. Then when she was done the pedicure she started the other pedicure. All while I waited for any service to actually start. At this point it's 4:45 and I have had zero service, 1 person had a pedicure and 1 person was in the middle of a pedicure. I ended up getting no services at all as I would have had my party waiting on me, while they were fully done. Absolutely not acceptable business at all. I had an appointment, they were the ones who picked the appointment time. The pedicure was lack luster and rushed, manicures were extremely basic and the painting was subpar. Honestly this place was a find. I walked here as I was getting my tires done at a shop down the street and needed to fill an hour and needed my nails done. They were posted to be open at 9:30am and when I got there the doors were unlocked ten minutes prior so I went in. I've been getting my nails done at an upscale place ten minutes away so I needed a fill with gel. I picked my color and sat down. This woman was meticulous to say the least. She went over her work constantly to assure my nails were perfect. In the end I had one teeny bubble and that's literally the least of my worries. It was $25 for a fill and she trimmed down. At my OLD salon that would be fifty five. Also this only took 40ish minutes. They're in the process of a remodel said another customer too. They got busy quick so you may normally need an appointment. I hate salon small talk and the tech really didn't 'chat' she just talked about my nails. I am sorry to have to write a negative review but this place now scares me. As soon as I walked in it did not look clean, and I knew I should have walked back out but against my better judgement I stayed. It was a weekday and not very busy, but had used towels and various items all over that were obviously from previous days. You could tell that that place does not get cleaned daily or regularly. During my manicure the lady (I believe her name was Nancy) kept cutting too much cuticle. She made me bleed on not one, not two, but FOUR of my fingers. She went way past cuticle and just plain cut my skin. And when she went to get the little bottle of that stuff that stops bleeding, that did not look clean either. It makes me cringe that I stayed and endured it. As far as the actual polish, it was good. But I feel this place is unclean and unsafe and would not recommend that anyone go here.
