Upon entering the store, I felt subjected to racial profiling. The store manager followed me and made me feel uncomfortable. To address the situation, I requested his assistance in locating items in the boxing area, which seemed to alleviate his attention. Notably, I observed that no other customers were treated similarly upon arrival. When I proceeded to checkout, the cashier appeared uneasy. After completing my purchase, I informed a team member that I felt profiled and was genuinely upset. Approximately twenty minutes later, I called the store to speak with a manager. However, the manager I spoke with was the same individual who had previously attended to me, and he dismissed my concerns. Due to my immediate need for the items and their current unavailability in stores, I have not yet returned...

Worse experience ever with “manager”. Wasted time and gas for her to not be helpful and be rude. Long story short I got a yeti 16 oz cup when I got home realize it does not have the little black piece on the lid so I called and they said I can come back for the piece bring the receipt. Next day I go explain same thing the cashier calls the manager and she said she need to see the product mmm excuse me I don’t have the product, is getting customize because is a gift for Father’s Day. I have the receipt I can show you a picture of the “product”. She then says no I need the product without it I can do anything blah blah. She was zero help on top she was just taking over me not letting me explain nothing. Dicks do better at who you put in charge make sure they have good customer...

Great people that work in the store. All very friendly and helpful. The issue is lack of selection. The camping, fishing and water sports are not available in store!!! Huge loss of sales for the company. The next closest play to get a good selection of those would be Bass Pro and Cabelas which are about 40 minutes away. So disappointing that so many products that would create an amazing amount of revenue in store is lost and because people would rather buy in person 40 mins when they need something then have to wait if ordered. Not to mention the shipping cost...
