TMC2 — Local services in Glen Ellyn

I knew I would have to get a new computer and was approaching the idea with complete dread. A friend recommended I contact TMC2 which I did. Sue provided me with a guide sheet (computers to consider, memory, etc) land general information which was useful as I looked at new computers. Ultimately I purchased an all in one. Once I had the new computer I took it (still in box) and my laptop to their facility. There I met Jake who was great- he assured me that all would be well, explained things, and said that if any questions he would call. There were and he did. The best part however, is that he came to the house and walked me through everything; helped me learn a few things, and was generally wonderful to work with. I am the bookkeeper and payroll manager for local business. We have been in business for over 45 years. Recently we took a hit to our business when our network computer crashed and we were without the use of our computers in all four of our locations AND we found out that our back up system was not working. If this has never happened to you and your business before - IT'S A NIGHTMARE!! I called TMC2 and within a day they were at our main location and had all four locations up and running again. I purchased a new computer and took it to TMC2 to get it set up. They did an excellent job setting it up and also installed a solid state hard drive per my request. Fast, reliable, professional, and reasonably prices set up. Months later, some of my apps were hacked and I was unable to access them. I took it to TMC2 to see if they could fix it. They again did a tremendous job of getting to the bottom of the issues, fixed them, and recommended I change my passwords, which I did. Again, my computer and apps work flawlessly.
