I really wish I could give this place a better review but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. The energy in there is bad and unfriendly and very “I don’t want to help you or go the extra mile cause I don’t care.” I went in because someone told me they had Barbie’s and I’m a serious Barbie collector. I saw they had some but nothing I was really looking for. The older woman at the front didn’t greet me as I walked in or ask me if I needed any help. I eventually had to ask her if they had anymore Barbie’s and if they had Bob Mackie’s cause I heard someone who was trying to sell them was sent to this store. She proceeds to tell me the guy who works there Jack has a ton but they aren’t out yet and he left to go to the post office. So I asked if he’d be back and she said “probably not.” So she gave me his card and I tried to call the two numbers on the card and it rings IN THE STORE!!!!! Twice and the older woman up front is laughing like it’s funny when I’m just trying to make a simple purchase. I asked her a question and she said “I don’t care what my daughter said I’m not doing that.” So someone shouts from the back to call Jack and she does and it goes straight to voicemail and she said it’s because he’s driving. So another woman comes up and ask me what is going on and she didn’t hear the whole story. So I tell her and she told me the same thing almost but they didn’t have any Bob Mackie’s. So I asked if I could see what he did have and the guy FINALLY shows up and he just tells me he had a lot of expensive ones but nobody wants to spend over 100 dollars so he didn’t put them out. He said they would be “out tomorrow” and he’d “post them on eBay tonight.” I wasn’t planning on driving all the way out there again and I had just experienced a tragic loss and was grieving and the employees at this store were making it extremely difficult for me to make a simple purchase. This is why everyone buys online nowadays you can’t get decent help or customer service anywhere and I will NOTT be purchasing any of the Barbie’s he may have and giving him any money or the store it’s self. Oh and big shocker he never posted the Barbie’s on his eBay and I’m almost positive they aren’t up in the store either. Very difficult people to work with and no help I will never waste my time...

I really love that there is a doll house store in the area. These businesses are a dying breed and as a doll house enthusiast, I want to keep them alive. However, they make it very hard to want to continue to support this store. To begin with, when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted. The gentlemen up front didn’t even look in our direction. He was also extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked him about a specific brand of doll house furniture they supposedly had in the back and in a rude tone he told me “I don’t know anything about that, you will have to ask the girls and they’re only here Wednesday through Saturday.” Yet they are open Monday-Saturday. How can I get assistance when they aren’t even here on some days? He wasn’t willing to help and seemed annoyed that I even asked him for assistance. Luckily, there was another woman in the back who stepped in and assisted me which I was thankful for. She had a good attitude and was willing to help even if she didn’t know much about the dollhouse stuff. That was excellent customer service. I can’t say the same about the gentlemen. I want to support but not with that type of customer...

it was absolutely fantastic, everything you could dream of for your miniatures is there, i’ve only seen one bad review about this place and i can say i’ve had the complete opposite experience, was greeted as soon as i walked in, not just by the employees but also by the cutest little dog zoey. they had kitchen sets, bathroom sets, every bit of furniture you could think of, awesome miniature instruments, coffins, paintings, rugs, light fixtures, everything you can dream of. 5 star review for a reason. whoever left that bad review must’ve just been in a bad mood lol, enjoyed every second of it, ended up spending an hour, thanks for...
