I was so excited to get my wedding ring sized and fused. Well they said it would be ready by Friday then Friday comes they say Tuesday because they didn’t know it couldn’t be fused and they had to laser it since fusing is too hot for the white sapphire in my ring. So Tuesday comes I get it back and it’s off centered after they lasered it. My husband called and they said they will fix it free of charge but if they messed up once idk if I trust them to fix it. I already missed my ring for a week or longer and to say the least I’m upset. I might change my mind and take it back but for now I’ll keep my uncentered wedding ring until I make a decision. They were nice and unfortunately I wish I had a better outcome since my mother in law referred me to go there. The owner is an absolute freak. I went to drop off papers a few doors down and there were no parking spots except in front of his store.

He immediately ran out yelling at me to move my car out of the parking space. I explained I would be only a minute to drop off papers and I would be gone.

He said he didn't care and was going to call the police. He then proceeded to follow me down the sidewalk, into the recruiting office, and demanded to talk to the manager. He then screamed at the manager, demanding that the manager tell me to move my car. The manager told him he has no authority over the parking lot. I dropped off my papers and skipped back to my car smiling about triggering the most disgraceful male Karen I've ever seen in my life.

After a year of dealing with high pressure sales people, I had just about given up finding a stunning engagement ring that I could afford. That was until I stumbled across the guys at Landmark Jewlers.

When I walked in the door I was greeted by Paul, who took the time to listen to me. He asked great questions about my girlfriend, that would matter in finding her the perfect ring. He then showed me several beautiful options that would wow her, and that I could afford on a first responder salary.

At the end of the day I left the store with a ring that she hasn't been able to stop looking at, and all of her friends are jealous of. We will be going back to Landmark Jewlers for our wedding bands, and any other peices of jewelry from here on.
