I just recently relocated from Boston to AZ ,, that's a whole lotta cultural and restaurant differences.lol!..... I luv luv luv eating at WILDFLOWER. They serve a healthier and high freshness in the ingredients and spices. What I mean is i musta asked the young man wearing the glasses who help me thru taking my Order Ty.. He was very polite an thorough, and i wasn't having a good day , but he really did brighten that day and all the staff seems to go outta their way while bringing someone else's meal if I'm doing OK or did anything ,, I sat and watched them as they all served food, and they all smiled, very professional from the young man who took my order for the very first time at WILDFLOWER in Glendale right next to the Arrowhead Mall and across from the Taste of Wine. I was originally was gonna Take out my order,, but it felt so comfortable to see people happy an talking an laughing with No Masks if that's what u choose... The place was nice an opened up (people where quit and working on their laptops , The AC felt great and me and my future wife love this place!its Super Clean an those fresh and amazing salads (my favorite was the Strawbery Walnuts sprinkled with a little Feta cheese over Spinach and and a delicious dressing (u have choices but mine was the 1 that came with it and u can ask them to leave it to the side and not poured on our salads. The Italian meatballs and raviolis w/garlic bread was off the charts and made the meal. I used the bread to get as much of their sauce that is made fresh to put in my belly. Try it for your self if your driving by WILDFLOWER, you won't be near disappointed! Also fresh made desserts an a array of pasties and great bread is baked daily you have to try it. ...
Read moreWent around 5a.m. today, Saturday, 2-22. No one present except a TSA and myself. I ordered the Ultimate bacon sandwich.
While waiting, 2 couples arrived on the scene. Not only was their orders taken to them at their tables along with forks and napkins, I was witnessing it while STILL WAITING for my food!!
There was something wrong with one of the men's order and the waitress hurried about to straighten it out.
I stood up and began to walk towards the counter, asking where my order was. I guess I interrupted her flow in getting the other customer situated as she continued on with his issue while grabbing my sandwich and handing it to me.
Steaming at this point, being unable to just let it go because it's been happening more often than not lately; I asked the waitress, WHY DID THEY GET THEIR BREAKFAST BEFORE ME AND WHY WAS THEIRS DELIVERED WITH EATING UTENSILS AND NAPKINS & MINE PASSED TO ME IN TRANSIT (AND STILL NO NAPKIN?) She SIMPLY said SORRY and continued on.
I work at Sky Harbor and do business at Wildflower often but my being an employee there displaying my badge doesn't mean I should be treated less than anyone else....I'm still a paying customer.
I don't readily or even like to call the Race card but if I'm to be honest, as of late, more incidents than I care to be a part of have been happening at various businesses and the difference in ethnicity is present. TERMINAL 4 LOCATION. SKY HARBOR AIRPORT NOT LOCATION ERRONEOUSLY LISTED ABOVE - Situation made right with gift card sent to me for amount...

I can say with a very sad heart the quality and customer service has dipped a great deal. I'm so sad for this, there was a time I felt good inviting friends family and coworks to enjoy a meal here. Sadly, after today I probably won't go back. It was a huge disappointment. My food was wrong the attitude I recieved from the young woman with a very large bow in her hair was terrible. She didn't like that I said I wouldn't pay for feta cheese for my food (I've never been asked to pay for a bit of feta in the past so I was surprised it was requested and declined) and she was very rude when I asked to have my toast unbuttered as ordered. Where once I felt this was a second home ...today I sat goodbye to Wildflower as the food quality and taste has also declined and while I don't think it's overpriced for what it used to be ...what I got today was NOT worth what we paid. So sad. But I'm done. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Arizona has a special chain in Wildflower. Great food and people. Especially when Ashley is at the arrowhead location she's friendly and always ready to make us feel like it's out home away from home. I've been lucky enough to be able to enjoy Wildflower for over 20 years and it is a great place to sit alone or meet with a group. Go there enjoy the fresh new menu items every month or an ole reliable like the Potato Cream soup. You'll be...
