When we arrived we had asked for an ADA room because I am disabled and fall in bathtubs all the time so we need the shower with hand guards. We were told we could not have an ADA room because we had pets and apparently they don’t have any pet friendly ADA rooms... like what? I have my pets because I’m disabled not in spit of. I have now fallen in this tub three times due to no hand rails and needing to lift my legs up and over tub side. On top of that I had roaches in my room and when I told the front desk I was told... “Oh yeah we have those..” and nothing else was said. The room seemed clean until I started looking around and found ketchup I think on the back of the curtain, I found large amounts of mold under edge of sink. There is NO real place to take your dog to pee especially if your handicapped. The staff are never at the front desk, I have spent up to two hours waiting for someone to show up and finally going to my room cause no one ever does. One night I had a drug user trying to break into my room, it took the hotel 30 mins to call police then informed me she was the wife to a guest and they were letting them stay after that. I also was informed by some other guests that had been staying long term, that someone blew themselves up in my room the week before I checked in. I am shocked they would not totally redo this room since meth is poisonous even when left in and on the walls. When we arrived we were told that they were not cleaning rooms for a minimum of two weeks due to covid... umm what? Shouldn’t cleaning during a pandemic be the highest priority? I had hookers harass me in the parking lot, homeless begging for money almost every time I went outside. The staff does ZERO cleaning outside, they also don’t make sure their guests with pets are picking up poop so the whole property is full of dog poop land mines and trash everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable so much so I ended up sleeping many times in the awful recliner they have in the rooms. This was my first Extended Stay visit anywhere and I can promise I will never use...
Read moreThe room smelled of smoke badly. There was no ice machine. My first booking was 2 nights. Then I extended the stay for 1 more night, at 10 Am i called reception to ask if i can check in and pay extra fee later she said no have to be done before 11AM. 5min later she called me to say “if’s fine you can come down and do check in and pay later”. I was like is ok maybe she was new. I did come down check in around 3-4pm. I extended my trip so I decided to book 2 more nights because I have so many luggages otherwise I would book another hotel which it 1,000 times better with cheaper rate. So in the 3rd day morning I called reception again at 10Am if i can check in again later she said “ absolutely yes”. And then at 1:50pm another receptionist call to my room and asked me to come down and check in now, i said but i asked earlier, then she no “no mam check in have to be done at 11am” I was like wt hell is going one with the management rule, 2 receptionist have 2 different rule? Then I realized no one clean the room in the last 3 days, i also need new towel and toilet paper. I asked receptionist staff for cleaning the room she said “oh we only do the room every 7 days” i was so shock, so my room will be full of trash and dust? Or I have to clean it? I have stayed Over 100 Hotels, I never experience this, COME ON we pay the room per night. NOT WEEKLY ESA. Then I asked how about toilet tissue and new towel, then she bend down and take 2 toilet tissue rolls give to me and said “ you have to come to reception to get them and bring down old towel to exchange for new towel” at this point I was so mad. But I understand it not her fault, it hotel management fault. And that’s a shame for providing this kind of service. I would never come back here or any of ESA anywhere. And this will be my story to anyone seeking for...
Read moreThe hotel isn’t upgraded but at least it is clean. That isn’t something you can blame on the employees. We had moved from one state to buy a house local and it took a lot longer than normal. My husband and I were in this hotel for 5 months. If it weren’t for the employees, my stay would’ve have been the worst! I got to know Kathy, Joe, Heather, Sergio and so many more that I didn’t mention. They were so good to my husband and I. I have really bad OCD to where I have to clean my room and laundry every day and when I brought my dirty towels and linens on a daily basis, not one of them complained to me about dirtying these items every day and requesting new ones. They were very helpful and caring. I consider them all as our extended family! They supported us throughout the whole journey and would ask us almost every day, if we had much luck selling and buying our house. They cared!! They didn’t say it to be nice, they truly cared about us. You don’t see this anymore. They keep the hallways and trash cleaned up. Every day someone vacuums the hallways. The laundry is expensive but it’s outsourced so they have no control over that. | This hotel is all glam and glitz but the price is comparable, rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable too. The workers here are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! We were all on a first name basis. They remembered us and our room #. I recommend this hotel 100!! Also, a lot of these people have been working for this hotel for years. Kathy, one of the sweetest ladies, even though she looks like she’s not a day over 22, she’s been working at the hotel for 22 years! You don’t see that often. They are all amazing people and it’s a privilege to...
