Erika is a life saver! At first I wasn't going to hire a coordinator and was going to have my friend do it. I realized that was a terrible idea and my friend will probably hate me for it. I found Erika after being recommended by a friend and after speaking to her, I knew she was the coordinator for me! I hired her for a day of coordinator but she really went above and beyond what a day of coordinator does. She is in constant communications with me. She quickly replies to all my texts and inquiries in lighting speed time. She reaches out and is always asking how she can help. She is always calm, even when I am freaking out.

Since I wasn't getting a videographer, it was Erika who introduced the concept of "behind the scenes content creator" and I was able to find one I absolutely adored who gave me so many footages the next day! I also hired the DJ/MC she recommended who also did a wonderful job!

On the day of, she made everything go smoothly including coordinating with all the vendors and keeping us on time but never rushing. We had a Vietnamese ceremony in the morning and an American ceremony/reception at night so it was a full day. She had to communicate with all our family members. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly. All of my friends and families couldn't stop raving about how "awesome" she was, catering to everyone's needs with a bright smile, sincere and nonjudgmental tone. "Erika was fabulous," "your coordinator is great!" Even the restaurant's coordinator praised her! We were only able to do a rush rehearsal on the day of and she made it so easy the real ceremony was a breeze.

Erika did everything I asked of her and more! She is there for me but also there for the wedding party, families and guests, I literally don't know how she does it and be everywhere at the same time ! I loved that she made sure everything was loaded in our cars at the end of the day so I didn't have to lift a finger.

Erika helped pull our dream wedding together and we can't thank her enough! Erika is a friendly, organized, and reliable professional that will go the extra mile for her clients (literally!). Our wedding took place in San Diego and we couldn't imagine going through the wedding planning process without Erika as our guide.

During our wedding planning, Erika met with us every month to check on our progress. She made herself available and responsive to our texts whenever we needed her advice. She is very considerate of our ethnic/religious/cultural background and made sure our wedding day checked all the boxes. Without Erika, we definitely would have had a few things missing or late!

On the wedding day, Erika arrived early to set up all of our decor. Not only did the entire day go off smoothly for us and our guests, Erika made sure we had enough food/drinks throughout the night. When the night ended, Erika had already taken care of the entire breakdown and neatly packaged all of our decorations into our cars. When we look back on our wedding day, we realized that we didn't lift a finger!

I am so very thankful and grateful for Erika. My husband and I hate planning events, but our families love parties so when our baby's first birthday was coming up we were STRESSED. We hired her and she was a godsend. We communicated mainly through group texts, which was our preferred way and she was very patient and persistent with us. She was able to secure a venue and a few vendors in the 2 months that we had and through her connections. She set everything up and took care of the cleaning at the end. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. One thing that I do want to give honorable mention to was the Chinese catering we used from her friend's parent's restaurant. The food was delicious.

Erika has high energy, quick wits, and lots of creativity that she pours into her work. She truly has a passion for planning and we officially named her our forever party coordinator. The moment I heard her voice I had every confidence that she's the one to get things done and I was correct.
