Don't eat at this Taco Bell after 6 pm . You are guaranteed the worst service I have ever been witnessed too. First off if you expect your food in a timely manner you can forget it they will handle every car in the drive-through first and then if you wait long enough you just might get your food cold or lukewarm at best. If you complain to the management you won't get a name of the manager working that shift or the name of the employee who your complaint you they make sure to either remove their name badges or refuse to give you their names for what reason .? Well I would say it would be to avoid responsibility for poor customer service and even worse terrible .don't get me wrong I do enjoy Taco Bell in many different cities but in my hometown in Glendora I was surprised to find that when I took a bite one single bite into each taco that I ordered the food was cold this our cream was rotten The taco shells were stale and all of it I mean right down to the trail them selves smell terrible. I waited 25 minutes for my food to get there and it took me five minutes to decide I want my money back. After paying the total sum of approximately 10. could receive was four dollars back. I unfortunately keep coming here because its closest to my house, so more convenient. I accidently ordered here through the app when i was trying to order at a doffrent location. called. The one time they answer i get told i have to request a refund through the app. I do that i NEVER got a refund. I went again tonight because its closest to my house. I alwahs spend a good 10 to 15 mins in drive thru waiting dor my order. After all the time waiting i get my food. Go home to find out im missing a whole box. I call the store and like always noone answers. I got lucky the other time when they answered. Even then they were ofno help. I keep trying to complain on the app and i get no reply in return. Read moreHonestly, I feel like this place has gone really downhill in the last couple of years. The staff here changes like a revolving door, a sure sign that management does not treat them well. This place used to offer free Wi-Fi and have outlets, something that drew me to the place and made it a good place to have a pit stop in the middle of my day. Despite still advertising the free wifi on the door, they have gotten rid of both that and the outlets since I started becoming a regular customer here, and the ambience has gone from casual and welcoming to one that implies that I should get my food and get out of there immediately. While the food itself here is still as good as it always is, and the special boxes they have are a great value, the constantly changing staff means service varies.
