This is the best Starbucks!

The workers here are so kind. I was walking my dog when it suddenly started to hail, while waiting for my drink. The workers were so kind, offered me things to keep my dog safe and me too. They kept offering things to keep us safe which I was super thankful for. We live really close so we just jogged home. Thank you to this wonderful Starbucks. Even in the middle of a pandemic they were so willing to help keep us safe!

We are good! And she enjoyed her puppacino and I enjoyed my drink once we were safely home!

You’re able to customize your drinks in one of the employees wouldn’t allow me saying they’re not allowed to. I wanted the oatmeal raisin Frappuccino it’s a non-caffeinated drink and I’m not allowed to have any coffee so that’s a drink I usually get from a lot of Starbucks but this girl taking my order wouldn’t let me. She said you’re not allowed to blend the oatmeal in the drink but I’ve gone to so many different Starbucks and they’ve allowed me to or they’ve done it and didn’t even say they’re not allowed to. I have a heart condition and I can’t have any of the caffeine drinks and this is a one drink that I can have. i find that very ridiculous because starbucks usually makes customized drinks...

If you going to pay six bucks for a cup of coffee really should be a lot better than Starbucks. I've been there a few times but always with other people going to the drive-thru. So I was the tag along you might say. I am giving it a three star though because the few times I have been I've always been impressed by the polite and courteous help And if you read my posts and reviews you'll find that service and employees that know their stuff are a very important part of making a business a success...
