Old Navy — Local services in Glendora

Poor customer service by manager marisela. I’m sad to say that I prefer shopping online with old navy instead of this specific store. When I purchased my items the first time they did not apply my super cash and reward. I come back inside and let them know, they scan my entire order again and apply all that is needed. I go home to find out my gift card credit wasn’t applied as it was not shown on reciept. I called and spoke to Marisela (same manager that processed my transaction the second time) I was hoping I wouldn’t have to go in a 3rd time and my questions could be answered on the phone, but apparently they weren’t. I drive back to old navy and manager tells me something she could have told me over the phone. When I came back the 3rd I had to wait 30 minutes to walk back out of the store. Manager made me wait and wait and wait. Horrible experience. I was not given any apology or credit to store. Not going back & I wouldn’t suggest that for anyone...

My poor youngest was in need for clothes. So when walking in we were told tshirts and shorts 50% off. So that made me smile but my son is at the no shorts stage. Regardless by the time I got a couple of pairs of shorts and a top for me. My son had 1 pair of Jean's, 1 casual pants, 4 tshirts and socks . My total was $60 and some change. 30% off if you use your old Navy card. Mine was expired so renewed it for an extra 30% off and some other discounts for today. I saved over 50% total. Happy camper here🙂 only reason I gave it a solid 4 was because they didn't really have our sizes. Service was perfect!...

Never coming back to this Old Navy again this woman is a Karen and is racist she wants to talk about gender‘s man and woman I guess she doesn’t support transgender obviously she is judgmental and a narcissist I bought a jacket the other day for $13 she proceeded to tell me that she would honored it if she would see the receipt and I showed her a receipt and then she told me she can’t do it she wears glasses and has short ugly red orange hair take my advice...
