Horrible customer service I have ever experienced!!! Went in at 8:20am to get a project laminated for my sons class. I asked the girl if that was possible, and she replied that they were backed up with online "priority" orders that needed to be done by 9am, and if I wanted to leave the project, it would be done by 930am. I saw the machine right in front of me not being used or anyone working on any orders! I then asked if there was any way I could please get this done (since it only takes about 10 seconds or so to go through the laminating machine) because I was in a hurry and my child's assignment was due at 9am. I got no sympathy or any kind of apologies for the inconvenience only that I should visit another staples nearby if I wanted it done for me. I then proceeded to go to the checkout line and wanted to complain, but there was a line and no longer wanted to waste my time in that store. Read moreI am a big fan for online pick up. I placed an order the night before for school supplies. When I got to the store, I received my order and headed to my car. Once i got into my car, I checked my bag and more than half the items of my order were NOT in the bag! my invoice clearly stated the quantity and the item name so I am not sure why or how my order was incomplete. Once in the store, I notified the staff at the register and I understand there were other people needing to pay so I was asked to step aside and he would help me once he rang the other 2 customers. He was able to call for help and have someone grab my items off the shelf. I could have done it myself but I was in a hurry and I had to wait an extra 15 min waiting for another staff to grab my items. The assistance at the copier section is minimal and when a problem is pointed out about a copier, the concern is dismissed until the 3rd request for assistance. And still minimal customer service and then referred to customer service, who wasn’t sure how to help, and asked for a manager. The manager asked how he could help, attempted to explain the problem of the copier and some unexplained charges. Truly wasn’t interested and the response after showing how disinterested he was, said “so you want a refund?”. At least I got a thank at the end.
