The drinks themselves were delicious. The costumer service on the other hand sucks. They took forever to take the order and when a customer walks their greeting is so quite you cant hear it past the counter.

They are very wasteful when it comes to ingredients and leftovers. The costumers in front of us had almost a full cups worth of drink left in the bottom of the blender. When my drink was ready I asked politely for the leftover smoothie in the bottom of the blender the response was, "it's against corporate policy".

Unless there is a change of attitude and wastefulness I will not be...

I love their smoothies and they have always had great customer service. I come here once or twice a week. Today I tried to use a coupon that they run buy 2 get one free and the girl wouldn't let me. She was even rude about it. Yes it for classic smoothies which I get 2 of and then I get a more expensive one which is an acai. Now whenever they run this coupon I use it for the same smoothies. I am paying more then if I just got the 3 classic. Jusy irritated because the girl was so rude. Looking for another smoothie place. I spend way too much only weekly...

Slightly more expensive than Juice it Up (which we frequent when we desire smoothies), but the additional ingredients more than make up for the increased price.

We came here for their Cuisines of the Foothills special (two classic smoothies for the price of one) and got two orders of two small "Pina Cool-ada" (their Pina Colada flavor, which included papaya) and were impressed. We won't frequent this place very often, due to our budget, but we will most certainly come back here for smoothies...
