It had a lot of corn in it and a very strong corn flavor that doesn't quite fit with the coconut, pineapple, cajeta & lechita flavors. Very much like a Mexican pastel de elote. The truly disappointing piece was that this place is teeny tiny. Callejón is the Spanish word for alley, and that's exactly how this spot was built; by putting a roof over an alley.
