My rating is geared towards their return policy, not the staff nor their merchandise.

I purchased over $30 worth of decals recently. Since I couldn't use one of the decals, I tried to exchange it today. Even though this return was in perfect condition and had their price sticker was still attached, the manager refused to let me exchange it for other merchandise since I didn't have a receipt.

My advice: keep your receipt and make sure that you ask for a copy of their...
