Saturday the 8th, 2025 I went in to get my ear pierce ,the young lady pierce my ear and put $100.00 pair of ear rings in the hole. I left an went home and I felt of my ear ring to put cleaner around the ear rings. The ear ring fell off and . I went back to the store couple days later to have them to fix the hole for my ear rings I couldn't get the ear ring back in . THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT REDO IT FOR FREE I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $100.00 . The lady didn't fasten the back good so it fell off. This totally stinks. Lost my business. Corporate fix the problem and I was happy then....

Walked in on a Sunday at 5:25 pm. Wasn’t greeted because the managers phone was more important. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I wanted to get my 4 month old her piercings and I was told NO because they are about to close. I asked what time they closed and lady responded “6 PM” by that time it was 5:31 SMH The lady claimed she had so much paper work but I don’t get why if she had so much, she would have time for her phone???...
