I was looking for a new mattress set and talked to James about the different ones in the showroom, he spent a great deal of time with me explaining the different types of inner Springs and foams available to purchase. As in most showrooms you're able to lay on the bed and get an idea if you like it. If you purchase it they give you 7 days to try it out and if you end up finding it's too firm or too soft they will take the bed back if it's not stained or damaged and let you trade it for another mattress. It seems you always end up having to buy a new Foundation also because the companies say that if you don't buy their Foundation they won't warranty the mattress unless you have a pedestal type Foundation already in place. I had a king size waterbed that had a very small leak and the heaters had gone out in it, and it was about 18 years old. James offered the use of his waterbed pump and he drained the bed, disassembled the framework, and headboard, moved another bed I had into the room, put support legs under it to accept the mattress and box springs properly. Then he hauled everything off, cleaned up and vacuumed the floor, and only charged me $100. I later decided the bed was too firm, and he allowed me to exchange the previous bed for a thicker pillow top bed, took the first bed set back and changed out the new mattress set, cleaned up again and only charged me $75 more. I feel that they did the best they could to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Be aware that tax is charged on labor/delivery when you make your purchase so you don't get a surprise. I thought when we first met he said they normally don't charge a delivery fee, but he did for the second mattress set. I must have misheard him. James has a 14 year old son who could almost run that business already by himself. If you are lucky enough to talk to him when James is gone he can tell you everything about any bed you would want to know. He is a real go-getter, and is such a polite young man. I have 16 and a half year old grandson that can't do half of what that young man does. This is a great place to take your business. Sorry for such a long story but just had to tell...
Read moreMy husband and I went to Dream Makers today to begin “looking” for a new mattress set to replace our 15 year old set. We honestly had no intention on buying today. But a young man named Ayden began helping us in our search and took the time to show us many mattress sets so he could begin to understand what would work for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us and explained all of the different options, benefits and made us so comfortable our tune changed from looking to maybe we will purchase. What put us over the top was when he showed us the adjustable frame and how much it would benefit our backs when sleeping. Needless to say we went ahead and made a purchase today, and…they delivered it to us the same day!!! Ayden and his father James made the delivery with no issues, they were both kind and took their time to explain all of the features to us. So my recommendation is whenever you get a chance, buy from local family owned small business owners. They really made a...
Read moreWas in need of a new mattress, but wasn't expecting to purchase one today. Boyfriend saw this place from the road and we decided to stop in and have a look. Best decision ever! This place is amazing as it's family owned and operated and the prices reflect the ownership. We got a 6 inch memory foam mattress for an extremely reasonable price and got approved for financing. Unfortunately, I can't remember the owners name because he got busy with another customer, but he was beyond friendly, personable, and professional. Caroline finished helping us and she was just as friendly and professional. She laughed and joked with us and made the whole experience quick, easy, and very understandable. We were able to take our mattress home ourselves, but the store offers free delivery in the area. Great prices, great customer service, and great people. Highly...
