Staples — Local services in Goldsboro

So I went into the store Monday to go print some medical bills off my phone for my dad . This day both libraries were closed in Wayne and Greene county so I went to staples . Man that was a big major mistake !!!! So this short Hispanic girl walks to the printing station I ask her for help because this was the first time I was printing something off from my phone . She guide me through the way but then walks off . No I’ll be back, did you get everything situated, nothing !! Then there was a heavy set white girl at the printing station as well I asked her to help me and she pointed to a poster with there email address was so I could forward to there email . Mind you she never asked me did I need help or did everything go through she did enough and went back to printing her things off on the machine. Finally I had enough and asked for the manger April which was kind and sweet . Christina and yalissa should do a better job at taking care of customers . I gave a one star review but he’ll just from looking at past reviews it seems as if they are use to one star reviews. I did take my business to ups were it was appreciated and told them about my experience and they laugh and stated that staples for you ! If you need help don’t go there Christina and yalissa are not friendly at all and very nonchalant...

Staff is very helpful and the store is clean. Wide selection of pretty much anything you need as far as tech and office supplies goes, if they don’t have it in the store they can order it for you. To the people complaining about the Copy & Print Center, it’s a first come, first serve policy. They offer self service machines for those people in a hurry. Expecting a production to be stopped in the middle of a job for a few copies is unrealistic. The Copy & Print staff is very helpful and will do their best to make sure you leave a happy customer. But people need to realize that jobs are submitted online as well as in store, so just because there’s not a line doesn’t mean they’re not busy. They’ll do their best to fit you in between jobs, but the self serve is available and they’re always happy to get you setup on those machines to make your trip quicker. You can also always submit your orders online to have them ready to be picked up when you arrive. There’s a new option to have a rush order done as well within a hour, it’s a little extra, but if you’re in a hurry it’s an option that they...

This review is for online orders. Ordered an item online and was double charged for it!!! Used a debit card and the money has been removed from my account twice. Call them and They said you just have to wait 3 to 5 business days or something like that for your money to be showing again in your account. The item has been delivered and I still have not been refunded the other charge. It's like they're holding my money hostage. I've ordered from every retailer imaginable on the internet and I have never been double charged like this. It's just one pending charge until the item is shipped or delivered. Never two full charges. They're holding my money hostage like a bunch of crooks. They're probably investing that money in the stock market or using it to gamble in Las Vegas. Or maybe they own a bank and they use your pending charge money. It's absolutely criminal what they're doing. I cannot even use this money to purchase other things Because these greedy bunch of viscous dogs are not returning my money.
