Ok, this is not the standard y'all. Lol ok, the last one I got was beautiful, this one wasn't. Papa Johns, please keep up with your standards when sending out your product. Right now, you are my fav.
I understand ever product won't be perfect; however, every product you choose to send to your customers should be. You have great items. it's just, the commercials out shine what the local stores give out.
Although this one didn't turn out right, I still recommend the doritos cool ranch papadia; but, only if, they are cooked right.
Side note: The sauce in the cup was not enough.
If, the small amount of ranch sauce is the standard, i would suggest buying smaller sauce containers in order to decrease waste and increase efficiency; this way you can save those cups for the sauce that demands that type of space. The sauce was about 1/4th of the cup. Meaning about 75% of the sauce cup was not used. That's 3 more sauces that can fit into that one container. 5 containers of your sauce =20 servings if you fill it up meaning 15 servings of that is just air. So, out of my 1 container i recieved 3 servings of air.
Buying two different sizes can help the customer as well. 1/4 of a cup looks like the person filling it up, ran out of it, and didnt care to get more.
Also, please final check the food before sending it out to the customers. Papadias should look as good...

I put a message in the delivery drivers box that I only had a hundred dollar bill and to bring extra change. I nvr received a confirmation email for my order or any text messages from the store or driver. When the driver arrived my food he told me that they wouldn’t give him change and that I was supposed to have change before he got there. I was nvr told this until the driver arrived. I called the store and the manager told me it’s store policy and everyone knows this. I informed him that his stores incompetence in sending me info caused me to have to send the food back. He then place me on hold for 15 minutes and when he finally got back on the phone with me he forgot who he was talking to. Called three separate times and was hung up on and when I called back I was put on hold....but when they picked back up the knew exactly who it was. Sounds like a person on the phone with no customer Service skills. When we finally got our pizza, it was cold and only had a small portion of toppings right in the middle. Once I finally got over that, the icing on the cake was the hair wrapped up in the cheese in the pizza. I was completely disgusted and will no longer be ordering from this store. They have zero customer Service skills and apparently can't even make a pizza correctly.
