Roseli Philly Steak Sub — Restaurant in Goldsboro

This place is incredible! We happened upon it by complete accident. My boyfriend and I had intended to go to another restaurant but found they were closed. In order to turn around we pulled into their parking lot. I was hungry so told my boyfriend to just park and we'd try it. We walked in and in all honesty I was a bit skeptical. Their menu has a wide variety from subs, to pasta, to gyros, to a few Chinese options like crab Rangoon and hibachi. I figured the food wouldn't be great because of the wide range of options, but boy was I wrong. I got the 11' meatball sub combo and my significant other got the 11' Philly cheesesteak combo. When we each took our first bites we had identical looks of "oh my f-ing gosh". We then exchanged sandwiches and found the other ones sandwich was just as good as our own. We were completely blown away by the quality and flavor of the food. Our first time there may have been by accident, but we will definietly be back on...

So after ordering lunch at Roseli , I know to never do it again !!!!! Finished my drink and took my lid off to eat the ice only to see a bug in my freaking cup !!!! I call them to see what state of resolving this issue they would suggest and after her telling me for about 8 mins she would call the Sam's club company where they got the cups from or either the Pepsi drink company she offered me $1.00 back from the 16.00 I just spent. At first she told me she didn't have the owners number. Once she seen I wasnt going to let go, she put me on hold but j could still hear her talking in another language to someone else. I have never had this issue before but for someone running a business to brush it off as "not a big deal" has me on fire. NOT TO MENTION, THE WHOLE CALL WAS RECORDED AND I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH...

Horrible customer service. I understand restrooms are for paying customers, not a policy everyone enforces, but its their policy and I understand. So I buy a water and ask to use restroom, the girl explains to me that I have to buy food to use restroom!!! I’m more than agitated now, I pay for spring roll and use restroom. I will never spend another penny there. It’s almost comical how silly this is. The girl behind counter explained to me how they have to pay water, lol, I get it I have 2 businesses in town and never charge anyone who needs to use facility. BTW. I didn’t take the water or spring roll so I’m sure they sold it to someone else also. I paid close to $5 to pee. Unreal and...
