GQ Fashion — Local services in Goldsboro

If I could give this review less than 1 star, I would. I took my son in this "store" today to purchase a hat he had been looking at. We went in, walked up to the counter where my son looked at this hat, and waited for someone to assist us. There was a guy there sitting in a chair at the end of this same counter we were standing at, presumably the employee. When we walked in, I said "hey! How r u doing today?"...no response! As we continued to wait at this counter for 5 minutes, we never got one bit of recognition as shoppers, people ready to spend money in this establishment. We walked down to another store in the mall, only to find they did not have any of this particular team's hats. We walked back down to GQ Fashions to again try to purchase this hat. This time, the same guy was sitting in the same exact seat, but talking on his phone. Again, he never showed any sign of recognition that he had people in this store ready to spend money. After loudly announcing that he must not want my money, we left the store and I promise you this...WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Stores are open for people to make purchases and spend money. It is not as if the store was super busy...we were the only people in there, and with employees such as this one, I completely understand why. We have bought several things from this store in the past, but we will no longer shop at this store. I plan to tell as many people as possible about our terrible experience at GQ Fashions in the Berkeley Mall in Goldsboro, NC. If this guy is just an employee at this location, I strongly urge the owner/manager to get rid of this guy in a hurry before anymore of your business is lost. Today 3-21-22@4pm, notice a yellow jogging suit I'm the window, went inside to look at it, couldn't find it as the associate about it and where could I find it, she told me she just put them up, I asked up where ( looking around for it) she tells me she put them in the back on a shelf! I noticed she had absolutely interest is going in the back to make the sell, the jogging suit was about $120.00 , Yes I definitely wanted to buy the jogging suit. My friend and I came to do some Christmas shopping and while I was waiting on one order to be made at a little pop up shop outside the store she went ahead in.
