I've been a customer here for years now, and I had never experienced the rudest employees ever until today!!
That lady at the dressing room was awful, to say the least! She got mad when I greeted her and had a nasty attitude about the number of items I was supposed to try on. She kept sighing with every item put on the rack, and she pushed them back with anger!! She handed me the tag, and since I didn't even know how to react, I quickly removed her from her hand, and she snatched it out of my hands and placed it on the counter saying: "You ain't gonna snatch that out of my hand like that!! Wth??
Obviously, lady, if you have a terrible attitude, you will perceive it from others. If that job doesn't make you happy, then customer service is not for you. I did talk to the manager and let him know about your service!! 👎👎

Read moreI really enjoy coming to this store there's a lot to choose from it's usually very tidy and it appeared to be clean. They have so many gadgets for the kitchen and spices and what nots and so many things that you just don't see in most stores. There are handicap parking spaces outside within a short distance. It is a little bit difficult leaving the parking lot because you have to turn to the right and go down to the intersection to go back the other direction which is very inconvenient but with all the traffic it possibly is making it more safe to do it that way. The store is in the shopping center with Ross for Less and a Mongolian barbecue place and Old Navy and soon-to-be-opened Aldi grocery store. Read moreEmployees are rude and unprofessional. We arrived at the store at 9:55am. Store didn't open until 10:05am. Manager finally opens the doors by unlocking Exit doors first then comes outside with an attitude like the people waiting for the store were bothering her. Other than one employee wearing jeans every other employee was wearing sweatpants. Only good thing I can say is apparently stocking is very important since all except for the two cashiers, one of which seemed to be training, all the employees were ignoring customers and stocking while they chatted with each other. I know this is Goldsboro but seriously does anyone train these people at all? When Walmart has much better service than your store your store has some...
