I’m editing my review because it’s just gone down hill at this location. The last 3 to 4 times we have been here, something has been wrong. The last time was the worst of all and I’m still debating on giving another chance. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food place I, typically, eat at because it’s the only place that seems to get things right, except this location. The last time my kids and I ate here (12/12/18) our food was cold. I ordered using the app and waited until I got to the store to have them get the order ready. By the cold nuggets and fries, you would have thought they made it when I made the initial order while I was in Princeton. I ordered three 4 piece kids meals and two had 6 nuggets. I ordered a 12 count for myself and got 9 nuggets. I didn’t complain to anyone because I figured the extras from the kids meals would make up for it. The food was cold. So bad. We did order ice cream afterwards and, to our surprise, it was at the right temp. I noticed they had ALOT of fries and nuggets under the heat lamp. I realized they must have made all of that beforehand and it was all just sitting because the ONLY hot item I received was the chicken sandwich.
Guys, I don’t mind waiting a few minutes to get HOT food. Stop trying to beat the clock by getting my order to me 1 min after I click that I’m at the location and the order can be started. I’d rather have hot food. If I wanted cold food, I’d go to mc Donald’s.
Nov 2107 I ordered through the drive through. I waited quite awhile to be able to order, however, considering the really long line of cars ahead of me, it really didn't take long for me to get through the line. The lady at the window was courteous, like all Chick-fil-A staff. It's one of the many reasons I choose Chick-fil-A over any other fast food place!
I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because my fries were not hot and I had many fries that looked gross; they were brown and black. I really love Chick-fil-A fries, so that was a let down. And the sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea. Which was a shock to my taste buds. However, the chicken nuggets we're on point! I'll chalk the not so good things up to it being...
Read moreI am very disappointed in this restaurant. I am from out of town and we had a death in the family. The very same day I ordered delivery, from the Chic-fil-a app, and received half of my order. The door dash driver tried to get the staff to recheck my order before she left because she was aware it was a large order. Three staff members refused, stating it was complete. When I received my order, it indeed was incomplete. They had sent 7 fries & none of the rest of my food. I contacted Chic-fil-a who told me to call Door Dash (#1 placing the blame on DD). Again, I placed the order through the Chic-fil-a app, but contacted DD & they successfully submitted a redelivery of our missing items. Our fries were cold from the first order already, and considering the mood for the day (a death in our family), we were extremely disappointed.
I have never had an issue with Chic-fil-a in my town or any other town, to be honest, but after contacting The CARE customer service 3, maybe 4 times (I lost count), I can say that they do not care and am so disappointed! I am not a complainer. I give benefit of the doubt, but this just doesn't sit right with me. I worked with DD at one point and understand that alot of times, it is the restaurants fault. This blame was unacceptable because the driver went out of her way with her customer service and the restaurant continued to put blame on the company that had nothing to do with the quality of service in...
Read moreWhere to Begin...I thought the whole point of doing this remodeling was to help improve serving customers in a timely & efficient manner. NOPE! Worse than before the remodeling.
Went at 3:00 & had to wait 30 minutes, just to order!! Thank God nobody was dying or if I had to work! Line was backed up to the road the mobile lane was once again, barely no cars at all. Lady Manager / Assistant just comes out and looks, and then goes back in. Like get people off the road, before an accident happens. To me, the mobile lane needs to be for both that purpose & drive thru. Asked for sauces and condiments...looked in the bag and one, the bag was very stuffed to where I had to dig in it to get to the bottom of the bag. Two...No Sauces or Condiments and the Fries were Nasty! AND I ordered a 3 large meals...the place got stingy & filled it up like the regular size you would usually get. I paid extra for large fries, and it was filled like that!
This location has gone downhill & again, it's worse than ever before! Will not go to this location again, I'll just go to the one in Wilson.
There was 1 Positive...the Cashier was Great, but that's all. The bad outweighed the good. Owner & Management need to re-evaluate and go back to the drawing board, Cause This is NOT Working For Them! There needs to be another Chick-Fil-A Location in Wayne County, Like Mount Olive...
