First time customer visiting from MA! LONG review but there’s too many good things to say so listen up!! THIS IS A MUST STOP!!!
My boyfriend and I were driving around to a video game store and saw a sign that says “30% off everything in store” so naturally we whipped right into the parking lot!! We parked in the back parking lot and were a little startled by a security guard that checked us in outside (he was out of our eyesight so just startled us a bit & first time we’ve seen a security guard at a dispensary) so heads up on that!! The store inside may look small but miss Megan is mighty!! Ryan our bud tender was extremely approachable and kind, very helpful in assisting us with the best bang for our buck! They were also doing a sale buy one get one for their brand of prerolls! I grabbed a sativa “lemon haze” which to my delight was actually a 2 pack!! LOVED the preroll I needed some flower on this trip and by golly did Megan hit it on the head with this one - got me nicely and giggly for my walk on the beach! The assistant manager ended up sliding some free goodies to our Bud tender for us it was like Christmas!! We got stickers some pens (for writing) and some WYLD edibles to try (also HUGE shoutout to Amanda the asst. manager for giving us WYLD sativa gummies with CBG- idk how you knew but you DID) also got a live resin ROOT-BEER that I’m dying to try!! Thank you Megan you did not disappoint...

I love... ... they have a great rosin selection. Maybe the best in Santa Barbara ... that everything is always 30% off ... they give ice packs with rosin purchases ... the friendly staff
I hate... ... the Points...i mean what's the point of points if you can't use them... you said you can't give the 30% off with a reward but they are 2 different discounts and other shops honor their rewards programs... you give 30% off everyday to be competitive with every other dispensary that gives 30% off everyday as well... and then charge 30% in taxes. That's fine and dandy but you might as well make that your "regular" actual price instead of the marketing tactics... then you won't even allow a $25 reward to be used for a $24 item in a second transaction... seems a little robotic and a waste of time in my opinion... time is out most precious resource ... the door is always locked... we're not in Skid Row people... it's Santa Barbara... stop acting like your shop is a prison... even if you open the door 90% of the time. The other 10% is a turn off. People were waiting outside when i left this evening. One star for wasting all of our time and making the "rewards" program feel more like a punishment instead of a privilege.

Read moreStaff are friendly enough, went to buy some of the stores local product (Megans) picked 4 Eights of a shelf marked right next to a big sign saying buy one get one free. Brought my products to the counter and was told one of the eighths did not apply to the sales, staff tried to ring me up full price for the product.
I was annoyed at this point, but I could mark that down to a mistake in the computer or misplaced product. I went back and walked across the store in the middle of my transaction to pick up a different store brand eighth, was also told the sale didn't apply to that strain because it was too new and wasn't on sale, I almost flipped out and walked out of the store at that moment because of false advertising bait and switch. Don't put your store brand on a shelf marked buy one get one free right next to all of your other store brand strains, all marked at the same price with no way for the customer to tell what isn't and is on sale, then tell your customers that product...
