Charged me $50 to come to inspect my new $800 wine cooler, which wasn't working. They said they needed time to check it properly and that they'll need to take it to the shop to run the appropriate tests and then they'll give me a call, that they needed at least a month to make sure that it'll work fine and so on..

I never received a call, when i tried to call them they would not answer. Today i finally decided to go in person and now they tell me that since months have gone by they threw it away.

I am very upset, i'm talking about a brand new wine cooler for 80 bottles worth $1000 or more. Which they clearly fixed and...

Back in 2012 I rented from them. When I finally decided to end my contract with them they kept canceling the pick up. It took 3 weeks to get them to pick up and they told me I would not be charged for it. 6 years later its still on my credit report charging me for 3 weeks of rental I refuse to pay. They are the worst scammers and they try to ruin you with reporting bad credit on you even though you always paid on time. I refuse to pay the amount out of principle. Since they wont remove it I will continue to tell anyone...

These guys showed up right on time, are efficient and friendly, and didn't break the bank. Alejandro came by 6 months ago to take a look at our loud dryer. He fixed it within 20 minutes and only the charged me for the estimate. Manny, the owner, came by yesterday to fix our malfunctioning fridge (wasn't cooling). He fixed the problem within 30 minutes and only charged me for labor and parts. Hopefully, we don't have any more malfunctioning appliances in the future, but if we do, we are definitely calling...
