COACH Outlet — Local services in Gonzales

Service was basically non existent. Online said they closed at 8:00pm. I arrived at 7:30 to exchange a bag I was gifted. As I walked in an older woman walked right past me and never acknowledged me. Walked around the store taking my time to look around and neither of the two employees on the floor acknowledged me. The old lady passed me multiple times, even looked at me and my bag and never said a word or have a smile. A couple came in and they were greeted by BOTH associates which leads me to believe their poor attitude towards me was tied to me walking around with a coach shopping bag. I honestly do not care for outlet coach but I understand retail and the high sales goals associates are given so I was willing to do an exchange. At the end I just returned the item because I was furious about the lack of customer service. So glad my gifter gave their blessings for me to return...

The items are beautiful and the service is good. The workers are very attentive to your needs. But unfortunately a lot of their items does not applies to whatever sale(s) they maybe having or what is on clearance. Any item that is of solid colors will only drop to $74. But any items that are of multiple/various colors and designs, will drop as low as $55 or sometimes lower. This is because solid colors items are popular and will sale; whereas multiple colors doesn't sales as much and they are desperate to get rid of them. Right now some items has a 60% with an extra 30% off. Other items are only 60% right now which is solid colors. Went today to go shopping for a new purse and wallet and my fiance gave me his credit card. I walked in the Coach store @ the Tanger outlet mall and not one store employee greeted me, nor did they ask if I needed any help as I shop around for at least 30 minutes. I have 2 bags and a wallet in my arms when finally one of the store employees came to me and said "can I take some of this to the register to hold". I'm assuming that just because he wanted the commission. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service in this store.
