Extremely prejudice store. The manager Rachel at this location refused to exchange a bag I only had for a week. I asked her for the reasoning she claims it was damaged, no damages were on the bag it was in good condition again it was purchased on 03/21/21 I went to the store 03/30/21 hadn’t even been a full two weeks. The bag was hardly used and remained in my home in the original store bag. I was embarrassed and treated rudely. I will never shop at this location again. As a black woman I watched the other women in store and how they were treated. They were Caucasian and treated more fairly than the black women there. I shop here fairly often. I love their men's watches and working on getting a few. I also buy large amounts of attire and accessories for the missus. Very often when entering the store, I am greeted with friendly and positive employees before I even get the chance to begin shopping. The prices of the merchandise are reasonable and a quality is great. I very often deal with one of the managers, Rachel, and it is always a pleasant experience.
