Went here with my brother to help him pick out an outfit. He was going to use an e-gift card he'd gotten for Valentine's Day. We got something picked out and had him try it on. My sister and I stood right by the dressing room area to wait on him. Within five minutes we were surrounded by no less than four salespeople-watching us. We were standing IN PLAIN SIGHT by the opening to the dressing rooms, occasionally looking at the clothes near us but mainly talking into the dressing room area with our brother. And they felt the need to watch us that closely, why? There were at least 15 other customers in that store that night. Why were we singled out?
Regardless, he decided to get the outfit, my sister and I didnt say anything to him about how uncomfortable we'd been made to feel. We went to check out. Got to the register and the cashier said she'd never seen a gift card like that before. Okay. So she calls a member of management over. He says the same and decides to call whom I suppose must be the store manager up to the register. He tells us that he can't accept it because he needs the original paper that we had it printed on. AN E-GIFT CARD. Then both of these managers, who were two of the four watching us earlier, just walk off. No one bothered to ask if we wanted to purchase the merchandise anyway. We were left standing there. The cashier had gone to another register to ring up people from the line that had formed behind us...you know, the line full of other customers who were in the store when more than half of your floor crew decided to TARGET my sister and me.
Finally the cashier realizes we're still there and finishes the transaction. We were so embarrassed and insulted and outright mad! I will NEVER shop here again and I will certainly make sure none of my friends and...
Read moreStaff was very rude, I have a medical condition and can not physically wear a mask and the employees would not let me in the store. I then asked to speak to the manager and he stated I could not come into the store. I tried to explain to him the policy and the law on medical conditions. He them stated I'm sorry but you still cant come in, in a very rude attitude. Non of the other stores in the shopping center had a problem with me not having a mask on because of medical. But this location was very rude and had discriminated against me entering the store due to my medical condition. I'm very disappointed on how the manager acted about...
Read moreMy wife and I are traveling.
We arrived at 8:03 pm last night to find the store closed.was closed.
It was supposed to be open till 9:00 pm.
There was a young man inside who gave a "cut his throat" gesture to indicate that they were closed.
I loudly said, "you just lost $1,000.00."
He mimed back that he didn't care.
I was wrong. I spent $2,000.00 in 45 minutes at a nearby store, where they were exceedingly helpful to my wife.
I'm thinking of going back today and throwing more money at her.
Won't be at Polo, though.
Hard to believe that they have that much money, so they are rude to...
