Visited the store after 2:00 pm today, 9/3/17 and had a disappointing experience. I was in the meat section and notice there was no bags of turkey necks. I walked over to double door entering meat dept. and notice 2 males talking inside. I attempted to get their attention but it was unsuccessful. They were slightly facing me so there was no way they didn't notice me. They turned to walk away and I immediatley knocked on the plastic window/door area. They turned and looked at me and proceeded to walk away without acknowledging me. A caucasian lady in store intervened and stated she knew the family well and immediately assisted. She opened the double doors and yelled for someone to assist me and the gentleman did without hesitation. I thought I should send this to advise of my disappointing experience today because I frequent the store regularly. Green money knowls no color....very disappointed...

I didn’t want to eat it cold, so I waited in line at the deli and asked one of the ladies if they could heat it up. She said absolutely with a smile and told me it would be a couple of minutes. The rest of the employees were extremely nice and you could tell that they cared about their job. As a former owner of convenience stores, I understand how hard this can be to motivate your employees to care about their job. There is definitely a sweet spirit in this store, and I credit the owner, managers, and the employees for making the store and enjoyable place to shop! Keep up...
