I have contemplated heavily on what to say here because I wanted to confirm that my experiences are accurate. I have consistently shopped here at Christmas time for the last three years. If you like beautiful, quality peices and posess exquisite taste...this is your place for decorating needs. I have no issue with paying for what I want. So after numerous visits, and receiving glare after glare...spending hundreds of dollars...I must make a statement. ALL PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE NOT INDECENT! ALL PEOPLE OF COLOR DON'T STEAL! Please, I would rather you place a sign on your door that says WE DONT WANT YOUR MONEY! Now... I will be coming back. When I get this same energy again...you will know that this review came from me. A decent, law abiding, tax paying, hard working citizen. Please people...it's 2022. When does this end!! God bless you and your minds...may He arrest you with conviction for how you treat nice people. On my visit this past week...I literally stood in line with 2 cashiers behind the counter...the moment someone of caucasian decent walked up...suddenly another register opened. You guys are soooo obvious. Even my daughter noticed it. Please stop it! Please. The gates of heaven are closed on your behalf until you purify your hearts. God...

I brought my wedding rings here to be resized, and came in to pick them up after they left me a voicemail that they were ready for me. When I gave them my ticket that detailed my rings' appearances, they went into the jewelry closest and then handed me an envelope of someone else's jewelry - a gold necklace chain - instead of my rings. I told the person who was helping me that the chain wasn't mine and she said, "It has your name on it." After about 10 minutes of searching through all the envelopes of jewelry they were working on, they finally found my wedding rings. I won't be trusting them with any more of my jewelry. My wedding set may not have a high appraised value, but the sentimental value...

I have been going there for several years. Even though it can be a bit pricey, the quality is well worth it. Normally when I go I am in the middle of a project making something for a craft show or a customer. Needless to say, I am not dressed up with hair and makeup etc. But I look appropriate to be shopping. The employees are always very rude and make you feel like you don't belong! Of course I could drive to Baton Rouge, but I don't always have the time. The store is beautiful and you couldn't ask for better quality. Maybe try treating everyone the same. Half of the people your coddling to, walk out with nothing, but have enjoyed the snacks...
