Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Gonzales

Ok, I'm hungry, so I go to Jack in the box off airline highway, for fast and friendly service. There was one person in front of me, ok, no biggy, my turn to order....I wait....and wait.....and I wait some more....no one says anything...not a "wait a minute", or I'll be with you shortly", nothing....maybe the intercom isn't working, so I pull up to the window and a lady looks at me....I explained I had been waiting to order and didn't know if the intercom was working...she said I have to wait...the worker is busy doing something and that I have to go back around and order!!! What? I have to back around and order after I sat there and waited? Why not just take my order at the window? This place just lost money. When will people realize that we as customers supply the paycheck. Without customers no money can be made! Very disappointed! Whelp, I'll spend my money elsewhere. I've tried to send my comments to the site that was given me, but it does...

Horrible service! I went today April 3, 2024 at 12:30pm I ordered a Grilled Teriyaki bowl. And whoever was in the drive thru taking orders was so rude! I ordered my order and she said something which I didn’t hear her. So I asked her “I’m sorry did you say you were out” I had to ask her 3 times because she wouldn’t respond. She then proceeded to say “ I already told you we were out, why would you ask a question if I already said we don’t have it.” I said I’m sorry but I asked because I didn’t hear you she then proceeded to say again “well why would you ask if I already told you we were out” I left it like that because I was not going to go back and forth with her. Now idk if she was having a bad day or what but that is not how one should be talked to in customer service. I’ve worked customer service most of my life and I would never speak to someone like that. Will never be going back to...

Waited 2nd in line to place my order but the jack in the box employee had the car in front of us waiting to place a order for almost 5 minutes. That car leaves and pulls up and we also pull up to finally get out Order and the lady tells us to wait almost another 5min! We pull up to the window to find out what's taking so long the two ladies got an attitude with us and said in the nastiest way possible .. I told you To wait and we can't have cars pull up to wait on orders and now they had a big order before us but that car left because of The long wait ! Then we tried to order at the window and both ladies told us in a very sarcastic way that we couldn't order at the window .. at this point we got tired of the bad customer service so we left just as the cars before us did .
