I placed an order through drive through and when I got to the window I handed the lady my card. She was overwhelmed with orders and lost what she was doing, she accidentally swiped my card twice for two separate orders. When I realized what happened I drove around to go inside and ask them to reverse the second transaction and keep her from making another mistake, I was worried the orders were out of order and I didn’t want them to keep charging other people for the wrong orders and have more people coming in for refunds. The blonde “manager” took my urgent attempt at getting the window worker’s attention as an attitude and yelled at me that there was no way she charged me twice and that she wasn’t going to help me because of my attitude. I tried to explain to her what happened and she proceeded to ignore me and talk bad about me to her coworker on the line(which I and other customers could hear).Finally the woman from the window came to me and after I explained the situation she went to said “manager” to explain what happened. The “manager” proceeded to berate and yell at the window employee in front of me and multiple other customers. By the end of the tirade she yelled to just refund her money to which the employee said “I need your manager code” only to get berated again. The window employee processed my refund and while she was handing me my card she apologized. I told her it was alright and that her “manager” made a really simple problem into a ridiculously huge issue. Yes the window employee made a mistake but in her defense the line was very long and she was the only one working both the window and front counter, that’s why I wasn’t upset I just wanted to catch her before it kept happening. That “manager” took it to a level it never had to go, I wasn’t upset and I didn’t have an attitude, the only time I caught an attitude is when she told me “she couldn’t have charged me twice” because she wouldn’t let me explain the situation and then proceeded to make fun and mock me. She never acknowledged her mistake even after she was told what happened and she never apologized. This is a prime example of no accountability and bad customer service skills, she has no business being a manager. WOW... I have never experienced such rudeness and will not return.
I pulled into the drive thru at about 11:30 PM last night. There was one car in front of me and they were already at the window. I waited at the microphone approximately one minute (no problem). When the woman working came on, she must have started speaking before activating her mic, so I caught the tail end of her saying something about "...have hard tacos and soft tacos..." but missed the first part of what she was saying. Then she said, "And we can only take exact change cash." I asked if they could take a card, thinking that her cash reference might have meant only if I was paying in cash. She stated that they "could not take a card." I responded politely with an "OK! And you DID say exact change, correct?" "Yeah, that's right." "OK." "And did you say that you say that you only have hard and soft tacos, because I..." "YOU HEARD WHAT I SAID BECAUSE YOU JUST REPEATED WHAT I SAID!!" I was shocked into silence for a second, then I calmly said, "WELL... Due to your rude behavior, I won't be spending ANY of my money here tonight or ever again." "OK. Fine! BYE!!"
I will definitely be calling management and possibly corporate about this incident. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior. I was on the phone with someone who overheard the entire thing and was in disbelief about the entire thing. I was very polite (even when I told her that I would not be spending any of my money there) and she was ugly, unprofessional and rude. Spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of OTHER TB's out there!

I’m guessing the AI was down because they have a sign that says pull with an arrow pointing towards the window. We get to the window and tell them we had a mobile order. They handed it out fairly quickly. My order was 3 build your own boxes, a steak quesadilla, and all together we had 4 drinks. We got handed the quesadilla in a large bag with no napkins, we weren’t asked if we wanted any sauce. We got handed 2 boxes instead of 3. We told them we had 3 boxes and a lady comes to the window and says they put 2 orders in one box and a separate order in the other. The worker at the dt just looked confused and didn’t look like she wanted to be there. I was missing a cinnamon twist. I got a cheesy bean & rice burrito no beans add steak. It was very dry and the ingredients did not taste fresh at all. I am feeling sick after eating just the burrito. I am a strictly DT worker at my Taco Bell and I could put that order together no problem, no missing items, made correctly, and all in their own box like it’s supposed to be.
