Terrible customer service! Don’t even try calling them because they’re rude and do not know how to talk to a customer. I purchased Bose headphones with a 2 year extended geek squad warranty over the manufactures 1 year warranty. For a total warranty of 3 years I was told word for word that if I purchased this 2 year warranty from geek squad at this specific location that it would come into effect once the 1 year manufacture warranty expired. Which it expired 11/11/2017. And That the 2 year geek squad warranty would expire in 2019. Well the headphones are dead and do not work anymore and they have hardly been used. They’re in perfect shape but I’m out a bunch of money because of a misinformed employee. Sucks but I know now not to purchase a warranty over what the manufacturer is offering...
